Delete your account
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your IntelliType account and associated personal data. This page is provided for Google Play and App Store compliance and does not require you to reinstall the app.

What gets deleted
When we process a verified request, we delete or anonymize:
- Your user account (email, name, sign-in identifiers)
- Synced settings and custom assistants linked to your account
- Usage logs and support tickets tied to your account (or anonymize them)
- Server-side subscription records we store for your user ID
What is not automatically cancelled
- Google Play or Apple App Store subscriptions - cancel these in the store's subscription settings to stop billing.
- Data held solely by third parties under their own policies (for example Google account data).
- Information we must retain temporarily for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.
How long it takes
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provide when the request is finished (or if we need more information to verify ownership).
Other ways to request deletion
- Email intellitypeinfo@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my IntelliType account".
- Use Settings / Account in the IntelliType app when the in-app delete option is available.
